CloseoutAs we approach substantial completion, we conduct our own comprehensive punch list walk before inviting you to do the same. Every item is tracked, assigned, and closed out. We coordinate all required government inspections and ensure your Certificate of Occupancy is issued without delay. Nothing is called complete until it meets our standard — and yours.
Warranty & Ongoing Support
Post-ConstructionOur relationship doesn't end at certificate of occupancy. Warrior Construction provides a standard one-year workmanship warranty on all work performed. We deliver complete project closeout documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, equipment warranties, and lien releases. Our team remains accessible for any questions or issues that arise after you move in.
