Warrior Construction is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of our newest multifamily development in Waipahu. This 120-unit residential community represents a significant milestone for our company and for the Waipahu community, which has long needed quality, attainably-priced housing options for local families.
Project Overview: 120 Units for Waipahu Families
The development consists of four four-story residential buildings arranged around a central courtyard and community amenity area. Unit types range from one-bedroom apartments starting at 650 SF to three-bedroom family units up to 1,200 SF. Every unit features modern finishes, energy-efficient appliances, and lanais that connect residents to Hawai’i’s outdoor environment. A portion of units will be designated as workforce housing, ensuring local families can afford to live in their own community.
Attainable Housing with Quality Design
Affordability is a key focus of this project. We’ve worked closely with the development team to implement cost-effective construction methods without sacrificing quality. Our self-perform capabilities in concrete and framing allow us to maintain tight control over both quality and costs, passing those savings along to future residents.

The project incorporates extensive sustainable design features reflecting Warrior Construction’s commitment to environmental responsibility:
- Rooftop solar arrays to offset common area electricity
- LED lighting throughout all units and common areas

Community amenities include a swimming pool, playground, barbecue pavilions, a community center with a full kitchen, dedicated green spaces, and a community garden where residents can grow their own produce — connecting to Hawai’i’s agricultural heritage and promoting healthy, sustainable living.
Timeline and Updates
