About This Project

Warrior Construction LLC is preparing an emergency-response kitchen equipment modification and installation for Hula Grill’s Ka‘anapali, Maui restaurant, one of Hawai‘i’s well-known dining destinations. When a critical piece of back-of-house equipment needs immediate replacement, the goal is to get the kitchen running again with the shortest possible downtime.

The scope centers on the kitchen’s bar-top equipment line: demolition of the existing units, removal of the surrounding tile and concrete curb, and fabrication to weld new adjustable leveling legs onto prep tables and utility stands so the replacement equipment sits level and secure. New commercial refrigeration equipment with an R290 refrigerant system will be installed, along with the associated electrical work, including GFCI-protected outlet connections built to code for a wet, high-traffic kitchen.

The logistics are what set this job apart. Because the work is on Maui on an emergency timeline, Warrior plans a multi-island response — moving a superintendent, foreman, carpenters, and laborers from Honolulu to Ka‘anapali and carrying out the installation in a continuous 24-hour push.

Scope of Work

  • Emergency kitchen equipment demo
  • fabrication & install
