Warrior Construction LLC maintains an ongoing multi-site facility maintenance partnership with Extra Space Storage, a national self-storage operator, supporting their Hawai‘i portfolio across O‘ahu, Maui, and the Big Island. Under this program, Warrior serves as a responsive general contracting partner for the small-to-mid-scope repair and improvement work that keeps storage facilities secure, dry, and running smoothly for tenants — from urgent callouts to fully scoped repair projects with their own proposal, schedule, and quality-control documentation.
The scope of work performed spans a wide range of trades. Electrical work includes exterior and site lighting upgrades and repairs. Site security and access improvements include perimeter fencing replacement, gate safety-edge sensor replacement, and unit wire-mesh partition repair. Building envelope and exterior work covers steel erosion and stucco repair, along with roof leak investigation, membrane repair, and water-damaged ceiling and insulation replacement. The program also covers interior door hardware repair and water heater replacement.
What distinguishes this relationship is its ongoing, multi-location nature. Rather than a single project, Warrior functions as an on-call maintenance contractor across ESS’s Hawai‘i facility network, mobilizing crews to individual sites as issues are reported and executing repairs with documented scopes of work and quality assurance — demonstrating both breadth and reliability as a repeat commercial client trusts Warrior Construction (BC-34373) across multiple islands and facilities.
