Warrior Construction LLC (license BC-34373) completed a fire door replacement and life-safety upgrade project for Pacific International Building, a commercial property located at 2509 Ala Wai Blvd in Honolulu, Hawai‘i. The scope centered on building code compliance and life-safety performance for a multi-story commercial structure in the heart of Waikīkī.
The project involved the supply and installation of 20 fire-rated doors throughout the building, each fitted with new commercial-grade hardware including door closers, hinges, and panic hardware where required by code. Warrior’s crew also installed two heavy steel access gates as part of the building’s security and life-safety upgrades. All doors and frames were painted to match the building’s existing finishes, ensuring the upgrades integrated seamlessly with the property’s architecture and did not disrupt its appearance for tenants and visitors.
As with all Warrior Construction commercial projects, the work was carried out with minimal disruption to building operations, with site debris removal handled as part of the scope. This type of fire door replacement work is representative of Warrior Construction’s specialization in precise, code-driven life-safety upgrades for commercial and multi-family properties across O‘ahu.
