Warrior Construction completed a comprehensive whole-home renovation for a residence in the Maunawili area of Kailua, on Windward O‘ahu. The project scope spanned the kitchen, two full bathrooms, a carpeted living space, and the home’s exterior living areas, transforming the property into a fully updated, move-in-ready home.
In the kitchen, the team demolished the existing tile flooring, drywall, cabinetry, and laminate countertops before rebuilding the space with premium base and wall cabinetry, engineered quartz countertops and backsplash, new ceramic tile flooring, and a full suite of new appliances. Both bathrooms received full renovations, including new drywall and all-new finishes: vanities with countertops and sinks, acrylic bathtubs with designer shower valves, new toilets, tiled tub surrounds and flooring, and updated lighting and ventilation. One bathroom required structural reframing to convert the layout from a shower to a tub configuration and to accommodate relocation of the home’s water heater.
Beyond the interior remodel, the project included replacement of carpet and padding in an additional living area, construction of a custom outdoor kitchen, and the build of a large new exterior deck — roughly 500 square feet — complete with pressure-treated framing, composite decking, railings, and steps. A new tankless whole-house water heater rounded out the project. Completed in late 2024, the renovation reflects Warrior Construction’s capability to manage multi-room interior remodels alongside exterior living-space construction in a single coordinated project.
